Run, chase and keep the live round moving.
PLAY HARD.
PLAY FAIR.
One clear ruleset for Hooligans CS2 HNS Blocks. Learn the route, respect the lobby and earn every Ranked Point through real play.
No scripts, exploits, arranged events or shortcuts.
No harassment, sabotage, scams or disruptive spam.
Every event must be real, signed and reviewable.
NO ATTACKS
FROM BELOW.
Understab is one of the easiest HNS rules to misunderstand. Use the intended route to reach the opponent. If you are below them and did not complete that route, do not knife.
This includes reaching legs through an edge, undercamping a landing or slashing after skipping the intended jump.
Examples include the same ladder, a completed route, an opponent landing on you or a genuine jump that was blocked and made you fall.
KNOW THE LINE.
OWN YOUR PLAY.
The examples explain the most common situations, but they cannot list every possible exploit. Staff may act on behaviour that clearly defeats the purpose of fair HNS play.
ROUND OBJECTIVE
Every player must actively play the role of their team.
- Terrorists must use the course, movement and map to avoid or survive the Counter-Terrorists.
- Counter-Terrorists must actively chase and eliminate the Terrorists.
- Do not deliberately delay the round, hide outside the intended route or refuse to pursue the objective.
RESPECT & COMMUNICATION
Competitive play never excuses abusive behaviour.
- Harassment, threats, racism, discrimination, sexual content, targeted abuse and hateful language are prohibited.
- Do not spam voice or chat, impersonate staff, advertise without permission or evade a mute or gag.
- Swedish and English are permitted. Follow direct staff instructions during an active incident.
CHEATS, SCRIPTS & MACROS
Movement and combat must be performed by the player.
- Cheats, injected assistance, automated movement, bhop scripts, macros, rapid-fire automation and altered game files that create an advantage are prohibited.
- Binding jump to the mouse wheel is allowed. One physical input must not generate an automated sequence of actions.
- Trying to bypass anti-cheat, server checks or evidence collection is treated as a serious offence.
UNDERSTAB
Do not knife a player from below while avoiding the intended route to them.
- A stab or slash from underneath is prohibited when you have not reached the opponent through the intended jump path.
- Do not wait below a jump for a falling player, attack through block edges or use lower geometry to reach legs or feet.
- It may be allowed when both players are on the same ladder or route, the opponent jumps onto you, you reached the platform normally, or your genuine jump was blocked and you fell.
- When the situation is unclear, continue the route instead of attacking from underneath.
BLOCKING
Winning by movement is allowed; sabotaging movement from below or within your own team is not.
- Underblocking, bodyblocking an opponent off the route and deliberately standing inside a landing are prohibited.
- Never block, trap or push a teammate to make them fail a jump or take damage.
- A legitimate block from above while following the route can be allowed when it is part of normal HNS play.
CAMPING & ACTIVE PLAY
Keep the round moving and leave opponents a fair route to interact.
- Terrorists may hold a position for no more than 30 seconds before moving on.
- Counter-Terrorists may not camp. A short weapon check below a jump may last no more than 10 seconds.
- Camping below jumps, teleports, trampolines or head-splash locations is prohibited.
- Counter-Terrorists may not funjump or abandon the chase to practise routes during a live round.
MAP & BUG INTEGRITY
Use maps as designed and report faults instead of exploiting them.
- Do not use out-of-bounds areas, pixelwalks, broken teleports, stuck spots or map bugs for an advantage.
- Do not abuse duck-spam, frost grenades, block timing or unintended geometry to bypass a route or server protection.
- Report reproducible faults to staff. Continued use after discovering a fault is considered deliberate abuse.
RANKED & EVENT INTEGRITY
Every Ranked Point must come from real, verifiable play.
- Ghosting, free kills, arranged kills, cross-team cooperation, boosting and farming are prohibited.
- Do not reconnect, switch teams or coordinate accounts to manufacture kills, jumps, playtime, currency or RP.
- Weapon-jump RP is valid only when the HooligansBCM weapon block, granted weapon and registered landing are verified together.
- Suspicious events may be held for review. Staff may reject false RP, remove rewards or suspend a player while evidence is reviewed.
AFK, RECONNECT & TEAMS
Stay active and do not manipulate server state.
- Do not remain AFK while alive for more than one minute. Use spectator or leave the server when unavailable.
- Reconnect abuse to avoid a death, clear a state, change teams, protect RP or evade staff action is prohibited.
- Do not repeatedly team-switch or reconnect to bypass fair team balancing and cooldowns.
TRADES & ACCOUNT SAFETY
Your account and trades are your responsibility—verify before accepting.
- Scams, deceptive trades, begging, unauthorised gambling and impersonating Hooligans staff or bots are prohibited.
- The official trade bot never contacts you first. Verify its exact name, SteamID64, level and bot number before every offer.
- Never share a Steam password, authenticator code, recovery code or API credential with staff, bots or other players.
ENFORCEMENT & APPEALS
Context, intent, repetition and severity determine the action.
- Possible actions include a warning, slay, slap, mute, gag, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban, RP rejection and reward removal.
- Serious cheating, threats, scams, evasion or deliberate Ranked manipulation can skip lower steps.
- Appeals must use the official Discord support route. Include your SteamID64, time, map and relevant evidence, and do not pressure staff in public chat.
